Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Representative 3 to join their team. As a HR Representative 3, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Talent Operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Human Resources Representative 3 Location: Boise, ID 83716 (100% Onsite) Pay Range: $30-33/hr. Job Type: 12-month contract with the potential for extension Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexible to be 7am-4pm) What's the Job? Support day-to-day HR operations and talent programs to ensure smooth execution Assist in drafting, coordinating, and distributing internal communications for global talent initiatives Support the administration and optimization of talent systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Viva Create user-facing resources like guides, FAQs, and training materials to promote system adoption Coordinate team meetings, track milestones, and maintain organized program documentation What's Needed? 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, or related roles Proficiency with HR/talent systems such as Workday, Azure, Microsoft Viva, and ServiceNow Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and consistency Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
