Job Title: Disposition Manager

Location: On Site - Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

Salary: $48k base + uncapped commission OTE $200K+

About The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Disposition Manager to oversee the sale of residential investment properties to real estate investors and cash buyers. This individual will manage deals from the initial contract stage through securing a buyer, using strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to maximize profitability and keep transactions moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable with outbound sales, and skilled at building relationships with investors. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results, and enjoys turning opportunities into completed transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with real estate investors, cash buyers, property flippers, and other potential purchasers.
\n
• Market available investment properties and present opportunities to qualified buyers through phone calls, email, text, and other outreach channels.
\n
• Manage the sales process from signed purchase agreement through securing a committed buyer.
\n
• Negotiate pricing and transaction terms to achieve strong margins while maintaining productive buyer relationships.
\n
• Build and continuously expand a database of qualified buyers, maintaining accurate records of purchasing criteria, funding capabilities, and activity.
\n
• Proactively follow up with prospective buyers, generate interest in available properties, and create competition to improve sales outcomes.
\n
• Evaluate property information and comparable sales to support pricing decisions and communicate the value of investment opportunities.
\n
• Monitor deal progress, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding opportunities.
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth handoffs, maintain transaction timelines, and resolve issues that could delay closing.
\n
• Provide a professional, responsive experience for buyers, sellers, and internal partners throughout the transaction process.
\n
• Track sales activity and results, identify opportunities for improvement, and consistently work toward established business goals.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in sales, business development, real estate, or a related field.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
\n
• Comfort with outbound calling, prospecting, and consistent follow-up.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or similar system.
\n
• A self-directed, results-oriented approach with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
\n
• Ability to build trust, handle objections, and negotiate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in real estate investing, residential investment sales, property wholesaling, or investor-focused real estate.
\n
• Existing relationships with real estate investors or cash buyers.
\n
• Familiarity with property valuations, comparable sales, assignment transactions, or investment property analysis.

• Experience working in a performance-driven sales environment.
