You'll work across multiple elementary and middle schools, serving a caseload of 50-55 students and making a meaningful impact every day.


What We're Looking For:

• Current, active FL DOH SLPA license
• Experience or strong interest in working in educational environments
• Willingness to travel between assigned school locations
• Ability to collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other staff
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping school-aged children succeed
• Completion of background fingerprinting as required by Florida regulations (guidance provided)
• Flexible and positive attitude to adapt to different school settings

What You'll Do:

• Deliver speech and language services to students as directed by supervising SLPs
• Support assessment and implementation of individualized therapy plans
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes for assigned students
• Collaborate in team meetings and contribute insights for student support plans
• Engage with students in enriching, supportive learning activities
