• Hours/Week: Flexible, with dedicated OR days ( 3/month)

• License/Certs: Medical License in VT (or eligible)
• Experience: Proven OB/GYN practice experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $280,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
• Cover obstetric duties including uncomplicated deliveries in a birth center offering VBACs, water birth, and epidurals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse midwives, NPs, nurses, and medical assistants
• Maintain surgical volume with access to three state-of-the-art operating rooms
• Support a stable, long-standing practice with low staff and physician turnover

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Preferred:

• Experience with minimally invasive surgeries
• Interest in work-life balance and community health initiatives
