Technical Support Technician

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing frontline technical support for customer environments and hosted services, the full-time Technical Support Technician will respond to incidents, troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues, and maintain ownership of customer issues through resolution in a remote work setting. Key responsibilities Respond to customer incidents and service requests through various support channels Troubleshoot issues related to servers, operating systems, connectivity, and hosted services Document and manage support requests while maintaining clear communication with customers Required qualifications Experience in Technical Support, Systems Support, NOC, Managed Services, or Infrastructure Operations Foundational knowledge of servers, operating systems, networking, and virtualization concepts Ability to balance multiple tickets and priorities effectively Strong ownership of issues and commitment to follow through until resolution Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
