Position Overview:

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Director of Activities to lead our team in crafting lively programs for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Ø  Design and execute diverse activities tailored to residents' interests and needs.

Ø  Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate activities into care plans.

Ø  Inspire and lead activities staff to deliver exceptional service.

Ø  Coordinate exciting events, outings, and entertainment programs.

Ø  Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certified preferred.

·         2 years of experience in a similar role within long-term care.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.

·         Passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.
