Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continued maintenance of relevant certification throughout your tenure.
