Polsinelli is seeking a mid‑level associate to join our Real Estate practice group in our Chicago, Denver, or Phoenix offices. Ideal candidates have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment, and superior writing, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Qualifications 3+ years of broad transactional real‑estate experience, including purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements. Experience with joint venture agreements, borrower‑side financing, and fund transactions preferred. Ambition, drive, and team‑orientation to help grow and support our national practice. Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively. JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the candidate intends to practice. Compensation Salary will range between $250,000 – $420,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
