This role offers plenty of opportunity to grow your skills and expand your knowledge in healthcare!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for answering phone calls and scheduling all physician and provider appointments accurately and efficientlyResponsible for a friendly greeting and beginning the registration processResponsible for routing calls to the appropriate person when necessaryObtain and enter current demographic and insurance information accurately and update as necessaryResponsible for rescheduling appointments when a physician schedule changes as well as maintaining efficient and accurate provider schedulesCommunication with interpreter services and accompany appointmentsManage schedules to adjust when necessaryOther duties as assignedRequirementsBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 year customer service or reception experienceValid Driver's LicensePreferred QualificationsExperience in a medical office environmentKnowledge of electronic medical records systemsMidwest CultureHere at Midwest ENT, we are committed to respecting every person, acting with integrity, and owning our outlook.
