Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Implementation Project Manager. The Implementation Project Manager will oversee the deployment of software solutions to clients, ensuring timely and successful project implementation. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and internal teams, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows and achieve project objectives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements and resolve implementation challenges Experience in Project Implementation and Software Implementation Outstanding Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Proficiency in maintaining and enhancing Customer Satisfaction during project delivery Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience in health systems or clinical documentation improvement is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
