Field Service Technician

Myrick Recruiting is partnering with a leading provider of comprehensive video surveillance solutions for construction sites, retail commercial properties and municipal infrastructure facilities. on a Field Service Specialist to be based out of Atlanta, GA. Territory will include GA, NC, OH and some of VA.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance: Technical Field Work

• Install, remove, and relocate devices efficiently and accurately.
• Perform regular maintenance and preventative measures to ensure optimal system performance. Test and align cameras, sirens, and ensure devices signal quality meets standards.
• Conduct initial site assessments and plan camera system layouts based on project needs.
• Manage work-orders to ensure timely and effective completion
• Ability to work primarily outdoors, climb and work on top of ladders and dig post holes
• Troubleshoot and repair devices both in the warehouse and in the field.
• Coordinate with Field Operations team for maintenance schedules and part replacements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Superintendents, General Contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing site assessments to identify potential opportunities within existing projects.
• Work in conjunction with sales to close deals Device Management:
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring devices are well-maintained and readily available. Create and manage work orders for device repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar field service, technical, or maintenance role; Especially in a field involving low voltage and/or electronic security.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• . Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment related to device installation and maintenance.
• Travel 70% of the time to include overnight.
