First Call Direct Hire is partnering with a leading manufacturing client in the Greater Indianapolis area to build a pipeline of skilled CNC professionals across multiple levels.

Role Scope (Varies by Position)

• Set up, operate, program, and maintain CNC machinery
• Lead or support production teams in a manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• CNC machining, programming, engineering, or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments
• Commitment to quality, safety, and production standards
• Leadership experience preferred for lead-level roles

If you have 2+ years of CNC experience, we’ll work with you to find the right opportunity.
