Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee critical accounting operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a strong technical accounting background, leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal controls Review key reconciliations, rollforwards, and general ledger activities Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and company policies Perform analytical reviews of financial results and investigate variances Ensure account reconciliations are completed accurately and on time Maintain and improve documentation of accounting procedures and controls Support internal and external audit processes and coordinate with auditors Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce close timelines Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience in Big 4 and/or public companies (Tech industry preferred) Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills CPA certification (required) Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite Experience with BlackLine EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT: Suna Solutions provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
