- Schedule EBTs, 50(h) examinations and EUOs with defense firms.
- Enter appointments in our case management system and update as necessary
- Advise clients of all appointments
- Confirm appointments prior to scheduled dates
- Arrange for reporters and equipment needed for remote examinations
- Provide information and documentation to handling attorneys
- Record and store client information in our case management system
- At least 1 year of experience working in the EBT department of a New York litigation law firm
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to speak and read Spanish is essential .
