Bilingual Contact Center Manager (English/Spanish)

National Life Group is seeking a Manager, Customer Experience Center (CEC) to lead bilingual contact center teams supporting Life Insurance and Annuities. You will drive operations across sites, coach associates, and partner with leadership and vendors to optimize service delivery. You will oversee daily operations with a focus on exceptional service for English- and Spanish-speaking customers, agents, and partners.
