Manufacturing Supervisor – $70K-$80K – Rotating Shifts

$70,000-$80,000/year, based on experience
⏰ Full-Time | Weekly Rotating Shifts
1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:10 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:40 PM

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and lead manufacturing associates in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage production activities, maintain quality and safety standards, and support employees in achieving daily production goals.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing floor operations
• Plan and supervise production activities to meet schedules and quality standards
• Monitor production quality through routine checks
• Manage assigned manufacturing personnel and provide clear direction
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Train and support new and existing manufacturing associates
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety practices
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Assist with manufacturing activities as needed
• Address production or personnel issues and support continuous improvement efforts
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of related manufacturing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• Computer literate and able to learn new software and systems
• Able to speak, read, and write English and/or Spanish – required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven production environment

Preferred Experience

• ISO experience
• GMP experience
• Lean Manufacturing
• Continuous Improvement
• Experience leading manufacturing teams

Education

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Schedule

Weekly rotating schedule between:

1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:10 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:40 PM

Candidates must be available to work both shifts as part of the weekly rotation.
