**Now Hiring: Pool Supervisor / Field Technician**

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on **Pool Supervisor / Field Guy** to join our team. This position is for someone who knows pools, can manage jobs in the field, and keep crews and projects moving the right way.

**Responsibilities include:**

- Overseeing pool construction/service work in the field

- Managing crews and daily job progress

- Checking quality of work and making sure jobs are done correctly

- Communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff

- Picking up/delivering materials as needed

- Troubleshooting issues on-site

- Keeping jobs clean, organized, and on schedule

**Requirements:**

- Pool construction or pool service experience preferred

- Must be dependable and able to work independently

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage crews and stay organized

- Valid driver's license required

- Must be willing to work outdoors and handle physical work when needed

**Pay based on experience.**
