Headquartered in the Omaha area, Holidynamics also provides full-service decorating solutions, including design, installation, removal, and storage for seasonal lighting packages. Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce is a full-time, on-site role based in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. This role oversees the end-to-end ecommerce strategy and operations, including managing the online storefront, product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising to maximize sales and profitability. The Senior Manager Ecommerce analyzes performance data, monitors customer behavior, and optimizes user experience, conversion rates, and digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with marketing, sales, inventory, and operations teams to ensure accurate product availability, timely fulfillment, and consistent brand messaging across all digital channels. The role also involves leading ecommerce projects, managing relationships with external vendors and platforms, and implementing best practices in SEO, analytics, and customer engagement. Qualifications Strong ecommerce expertise, including experience managing online stores, product catalogs, and digital merchandising. Proficiency in marketing and e-commerce marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, email, and promotional campaigns. Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-informed decisions to drive growth. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights to leadership. Sales acumen, including experience developing online sales strategies, upsell and cross-sell tactics, and customer retention initiatives. Experience with ecommerce platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Proven ability to lead projects or teams, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
