Trove is seeking a mid-level Fractional HR Manager to support our team on a flexible, hourly basis. This remote role focuses on employee onboarding, compliance management, and HR administration, ideal for an independent consultant. Your tasks will fluctuate with our hiring volume, making every project distinct. We require 4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, strong compliance knowledge, and preferably experience with the Gusto platform to maintain our HR processes effectively.
