Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and alleviating pain.
• Implement treatment techniques that may include therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, diligently document treatment responses, and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, proper techniques for using equipment, and strategies to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and enhance recovery outcomes.
• Maintain current professional knowledge by engaging in workshops, continuing education courses, and active participation in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse patient population, including children and adults with various diagnoses, from orthopedic conditions to neurological disorders. Each therapist is equipped with the tools to create tailored treatment strategies that address unique patient needs, ensuring a personalized healing journey for every individual.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on patient interaction.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and various computer applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply as we provide mentorship opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
