Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our outpatient office, where you will work closely with a supportive team in a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. This position offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with experience, making it a competitive opportunity in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized assessment and treatment to patients, focusing on achieving their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allowing for thorough evaluations and quality care.
• Apply advanced techniques in orthopedic outpatient care, leveraging previous experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans and interventions to enhance patient mobility and functionality.
• Promote non-surgical solutions and emphasize lifestyle modifications to reduce the dependence on pharmacological treatments.
• Craft comprehensive care strategies using a variety of modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Design and oversee personalized fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving physical health outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions and interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients, fostering a supportive environment throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Enhance patient health and wellness through specific training on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and care delivery.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment sessions and patient interactions using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for efficient documentation and tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients, including athletes, post-operative individuals, and those managing chronic pain conditions. The services provided are designed to empower patients through effective rehabilitation strategies, ensuring they achieve their highest potential and return to their preferred activities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is essential.
• An active Physical Therapist (PT) license with a clean record, free from sanctions or disciplinary proceedings.
• Proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques, showcasing a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective therapeutic exercise programs that yield positive patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with EMR platforms, particularly Web PT, to ensure organized and precise patient documentation.
• A commitment to staying current with industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred, providing a strong foundation for understanding patient dynamics and workflow.
• Specialized certifications in manual therapy or sports rehabilitation are advantageous.
