Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their physical limitations, disabilities, and specific discomforts. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual exercises, in-depth massage, and traction to alleviate pain, improve strength, and prevent further physical deformities.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, modifying strategies as needed to ensure maximum benefit and the achievement of patient goals.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to adjust treatment methods when necessary. Ensure discharge planning is coordinated effectively once treatment goals have been met.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment processes, encouraging their active participation in rehabilitation to enhance outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client focus ranges from individuals recovering from surgeries and sports injuries to those managing chronic conditions impacting their physical mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with diverse patient demographics, including the elderly, athletes, and individuals with disabilities, tailoring your approach to meet their unique rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Florida State License as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree will be considered a plus.
• Strong foundational knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, with the ability to create and execute detailed treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation center or acute care setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation practices in a healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range between USD 90,000 and 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
