Work Environment

As a physical therapist, you will work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional weekend responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and functional limitations, developing tailored treatment plans designed to address specific rehabilitation goals.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive patient care, advocating for patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Document all patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, maintaining compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in the recovery process.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
