Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs to create detailed treatment plans aiming to promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Utilize various therapeutic methods such as exercise regimens, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and advanced equipment to alleviate pain and improve patients' functionality.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient response and new evaluations.
• Educate patients and their families on effective therapy modalities, self-care strategies, and the appropriate use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to deliver holistic care and ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy through workshops, publications, and professional networking, contributing to ongoing personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including children and adults, recovering from various injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid State license to practice Physical Therapy.

• Highly adaptable and capable of working in diverse settings to meet patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation facility or home care setting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage a varied patient workload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
