Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient clinic, operating onsite during standard business hours. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Within our clinic, you will engage with patients in a comfortable, supportive environment equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies and resources that facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their unique needs and recovery goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, employing both functional assessments and the latest physical therapy modalities to determine the best strategies for rehabilitation.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and treatments, utilizing a variety of techniques to enhance their mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting programs and interventions based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure high-quality care, dedicating the necessary time and attention to each individual.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment plans, empowering them with knowledge to facilitate their recovery.
• Effectively record and manage patient documentation using EMR systems like Web PT, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Proactively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Engage patients with motivational support, helping to foster their commitment to treatment and lifestyle changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population, including athletes, individuals recovering from surgeries, and those seeking relief from chronic pain or injury. Your role will involve creating a welcoming and inclusive space where each patient feels valued and understood, enabling you to tailor interventions that resonate with their personal health journeys.

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, free of any sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of orthopedic physical therapy, employing various treatment techniques effectively.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for documentation and reporting.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trusting relationships with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with manual therapy modalities and exercise programming tailored to individual patient needs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
