Key Responsibilities In this vital role, your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect the best practices in solution-focused interventions. Providing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and tailored modalities that align with clients' unique needs. Documenting clinical information accurately and promptly, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and best practices in record-keeping. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to synchronize patient-centric care. Engaging in case consultations and peer review discussions to promote quality improvement and best care practices. Educating patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community support to enhance overall recovery experience. Keeping abreast of advancements in the mental health field and integrating current research findings into your clinical methodologies. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will focus on providing psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients, including youths, families, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Many of our clients come from underrepresented backgrounds, and you will play a critical role in advocating for their mental health needs, ensuring they receive compassionate, culturally competent care. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services. Proficiency in various evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and a deep understanding of solution-focused methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with clients effectively. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience Experience working in a remote capacity.
