Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that follow the curriculum and meet the educational needs of students.
2. Evaluate student performance regularly and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
3. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment where students feel safe, comfortable, and engaged.
4. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, potential issues, and achievements.
5. Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
6. Adhere to all teaching standards and safety regulations.

Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong knowledge of grade appropriate curriculum and teaching methods.
3. Ability to engage students and provide a dynamic learning environment.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and parents.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Demonstrate competency in the core academic subject area assigned.
• Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior.
