Cocktail Server/Brand Ambassador

Hourly Rate: $20/hour + tips

Shift Availability: Evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling

Job Responsibilities:

1. Meet and greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
2. Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
3. Provide high-quality beverages and food service during events
4. Carry and balance trays with multiple food and drinks
5. Able to assist with set-up and tear down events when needed
6. Follow alcohol and food serve laws and safety protocols

Qualifications:

1. Food Handlers and TAM Card (must have both)
2. At least 1yr experience as a Server, Cocktail Server, Brand Ambassador
3. Exceptional customer service skills
4. Ability to multitask
5. Confident, charming, with a refined professional image
6. Reliable transportation

Requirements:

1. Must be comfortable with being on your feet for long periods of time
2. Ability to “upsell” products or events to customers
3. Comfortable in wearing the required uniform. The team will represent the brand, so we are looking for individuals with a stylish and professional look.
4. Vibrant, energetic, charismatic personality, warm and engaging presence, and a well-presented demeanor is key for this role.
