As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the firstpoint of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors while supporting internalteams with communication, organization, and administrative tasks. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with aprofessional and friendly approach
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while providing accurate information
• Support customer inquiries and ensure a positive and responsive experience
• Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Assist the Customer Service team during high-volume periods such as orderentry and follow-ups
• Communicate clearly and escalate customer needs when needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 to 2 years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experiencepreferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
