Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and contributing to successful events while gaining valuable experience in promotions, customer engagement, and event operations. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events. Support event setup, organization, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and provide a positive event experience. Engage with customers and answer questions about products and services. Assist with promotional presentations and activities. Distribute promotional materials and information to attendees. Help identify customer interests and provide appropriate information. Maintain organized displays, materials, and event areas. Communicate event observations and customer feedback to the team. Assist team members with day-to-day event activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees. Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable and adaptable in changing environments. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take direction. Previous event, promotional, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
