Job Details Our firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to support our growing Title IX and Education practice from our New York office. This is a substantive litigation role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of education law, civil rights, and complex disputes. What You'll Do: Handle a wide range of Title IX matters, including investigations and hearings Advise on student and faculty disciplinary proceedings and academic misconduct Work on special education issues, civil rights matters, defamation claims, and related litigation Manage matters with the independence expected of a senior associate or counsel What You Bring: Senior Associate– or Counsel-level litigation experience, ideally with exposure to Title IX, education, or civil rights work Admission to the New York bar and good standing Sound judgment on sensitive matters and the ability to manage clients and cases directly Interested in hearing more?
