Job Summary Customer Service Associate opportunity available with a growing local retail organization in Germantown, TN, with additional location opportunities in Lakeland and Millington. This direct hire role is ideal for an outgoing, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, engaging with the community, and helping customers find the right products and services. Key Responsibilities - Greet customers, build rapport, and deliver an excellent customer service experience at the retail location. - Oversee customer interactions to ensure service standards are met and customer relationships are strengthened. - Promote and upsell products and services to help increase overall sales and profitability. - Support community connection efforts by representing the location in a friendly and professional manner. - Maintain attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. - Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $16 per hour. - Direct hire opportunity. - Insurance benefits provided. - Paid vacation and sick time provided. - Bonus incentive opportunities based on performance. - Quarterly team-building outings to Memphis-area hot spots. - Store operates Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Must be flexible and available to work weekend days. - Must be able to work several 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shifts, weekend availability, and early shifts as needed.
