Work You'll Do As a Project, Manager on the team, you will be responsible for: Leading end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of learning events aligned to project objectives and stakeholder expectationsServing as the registrar lead for the component, owning participant enrollment, registration tracking, attendance management, and related administrative controlsPartnering with instructors, subject matter experts, and program stakeholders to coordinate the design, sequencing, and delivery of training activitiesOverseeing training logistics, including course scheduling, materials readiness, classroom or virtual session setup, and participant communications to ensure smooth executionMaintaining accurate training records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with program policies, procedures, and operational requirementsProactively identifying, escalating, and resolving scheduling, registration, and logistical issues to support continuity of training operationsProviding operational leadership and administrative oversight to ensure training events are delivered in a coordinated, professional, and service-oriented manner A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. This compensation range is specific to Arlington/Rosslyn, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
