Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various machinery, including pneumatic and manual saws, and joiners.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality assurance checks and inspections.
- Handle materials, including receiving and replenishing inventory.
-- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Ability to measure precisely within 1/16 of an inch.
- Experience with saws, tools, and previous woodworking is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to distinguish variations in similar items.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed, including occasional Fridays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
- Customer service experience and a focus on delivering quality under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
