Available Shifts
1st Shift
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Overtime: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines.
- Load programs and make basic CNC edits as needed.
- Select the correct materials, nozzles, assist gases, and cutting parameters.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read blueprints and work from production schedules.
- Track production and maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
- Safely handle materials using overhead cranes and other shop equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience operating laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and move metal materials throughout the shift.
- Technical or vocational training in CNC machining or manufacturing is a plus.
