Bartender - Part Time
Mike Duffy's Pub & Grill | Richmond Heights, MO

As a part-time bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while working in a fast-paced environment alongside a dedicated hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interactions: Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent service and building rapport.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Mixing and Pouring Drinks: Prepare a variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
- Bar Preparation and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred in a full-service restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Schedule
Part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
