Job Title: Lead Patient Relations Specialist Reports to: Site Supervisor Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes, front office staff Position Summary: To provideofficewith a single contact point to whom you direct needsregardingthefront-office staff.ThePatient Relations Leadwill manage thefront officestaff at each office.
