Pay Starting pay: $18.25 per hour Additional shift premiums of $1.60–$1.90 per hour are available for select shifts, depending on the position offered. Available Shifts Shift 3 Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Shift 4 Monday – Thursday 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM Shift 5 Friday – Sunday 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM Shift 6 Friday – Sunday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM Qualifications & Responsibilities Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Commitment to quality and safety Ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts Manufacturing and/or mechanical experience Experience using hand grinders or similar tools What You'll Bring Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work effectively in a team environment Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace Pay Details: $18.25 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
