About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead its revenue strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying and scaling revenue across two distinct but complementary platforms, with a focus on both performance marketing and data and identity sales. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B revenue, particularly in data, marketing, or platform businesses, and experience in both enterprise and high-velocity sales. The CRO will be tasked with building a predictable, data-driven revenue engine, evolving pricing models, and driving growth across various segments and partnership channels. Executive leadership skills are essential, as the role involves partnering with the CEO and the leadership team on growth strategy and presenting revenue performance to the board. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should possess a strong background in revenue leadership, with a focus on commercial judgment, the ability to translate data into customer value, and a deep understanding of buyer needs. Experience in marketing data, identity, or enrichment platforms, as well as in AdTech, MarTech, or lead generation ecosystems, is highly relevant. The ideal candidate will have a history of scaling distributed teams, be adept at forecasting, and have a strong operational discipline. Leadership traits such as high execution intensity, accountability, and the ability to build and scale a high-performing revenue team are also key qualifications for this role.
