Office Administrator (Accounts Payable & Receivable)

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing office responsibilities with occasional field errands.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Process and assist with office payroll.
- Perform routine banking tasks , including deposits and pickups.
- Run errands and travel to and from client locations for document pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain organized records, files, and financial documentation.
- Support general office administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable.
- Comfortable handling confidential financial and payroll information.
- Ability to move efficiently between tasks and priorities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Self-motivated and dependable with minimal supervision.
