A dynamic and quickly growing professional services firm in Skokie, IL is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This position offers a salary of $50,000–$55,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, as well as generous PTO. Responsibilities of the Account Manager Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering prompt, professional, and high-quality support Provide accurate information and thoughtful solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience Process client requests, updates, and transactions with precision and strong attention to detail Analyze customer needs and proactively identify ways to enhance service and efficiency Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and organization across systems Partner with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve overall workflows Track, manage, and follow up on open items to ensure timely and complete resolution Contribute to additional administrative and operational initiatives as needed Qualifications of the Account Manager 1–3 years of customer service or client-facing experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers (math or economics background preferred) High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow within a professional services environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
