• Act as a vital creative collaborator within the Marketing & Advertising team, spearheading the design vision for campaigns aimed at attracting clients and engaging candidates.
• Design and produce striking visual materials for both digital and print formats, including web layouts, landing pages, social media graphics (both paid and organic), email campaigns, sales presentations, event materials, and brand collateral.
• Transform business objectives and marketing strategies into visually cohesive narratives that set our organization apart in a competitive landscape.
• Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, recruiters, and sales leaders to maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Oversee projects from initial concept to final execution, creating mood boards, wireframes, mockups, and production-ready assets while juggling multiple timelines and priorities.
• Utilize performance metrics, stakeholder insights, and design best practices to enhance and optimize creative work for clarity, usability, and conversion rates.

• Proven experience in a senior design role, showcasing strong creative direction and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
• Ability to uphold and enhance brand guidelines, mentoring junior or freelance designers as necessary.
• A passion for marketing and a deep understanding of how design influences business success.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agency-style environment is preferred.
