This onsite position spans elementary and some middle school settings, working with a vibrant and diverse student population. You’ll play a critical role by predominantly leading evaluations and managing cases, with light therapy services as needed. Requirements & Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• Experience in school-based SLP services strongly valued
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills highly desirable for bilingual caseloads
• Strong assessment, case management, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with elementary and middle school students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
• Oversee case management documentation and compliance
• Provide occasional direct therapy, as needed
• Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective student plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, review progress, and recommend interventions
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school atmosphere
