Role Description

This is an on-site position based in Tamarac, FL, for the role of Director of Site Operations. The Director will oversee daily site operations, manage budgets, ensure operational excellence, and lead strategic planning initiatives. Key responsibilities will include business process improvements, resource management, staff training, and ensuring clinical trial compliance. The role requires strong leadership to foster a collaborative environment and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in CLINICAL RESEARCH Operations Management with a focus on resource allocation, workflow optimization, and team leadership
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Strategic Planning to ensure financial alignment and create long-term growth strategies
• Demonstrated experience in Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvement to streamline practices and optimize efficiency
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire staff
• Knowledge of clinical research compliance and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record in managing operations within a clinical research or healthcare setting is a plus
