Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs. Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required. Qualifications Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or financial services is highly recommended. Certifications/Licenses are preferred. Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the US. Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed. No prior experience in finance is required—comprehensive training is provided.
