Accountant

?? Senior Accountant

Are you an accounting professional who enjoys owning the numbers and making an impact? We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and analysis.
What You'll Do

• Manage month-end soft close and final close processes
• Prepare journal entries, AP accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconcile bank accounts, fixed assets, inventory, and revenue
• Prepare financial statements, ROI/ROA analysis, and cash reports
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and 1099 reporting
• Perform cost analysis and daily billing activities
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

What We're Looking For

? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
? Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
? Strong experience with financial reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
? Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred

? Experience with MAS 500
? Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience
