A specialty compounding pharmacy in DeBary, FL is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist for a one-week assignment, ideally August 3–7, with potential flexibility on dates if needed. This role focuses on sterile and non-sterile compounding, particularly within Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy specialties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile and non-sterile compounded medications following established protocols
• Ensure compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout compounding processes
• Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team and other healthcare professionals
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and eagerness to learn and grow within the specialty compounding field
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to the growth and success of the pharmacy through dedication and teamwork

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license is required
• Proven compounding experience, especially in sterile and non-sterile preparations
• Solid knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines
• Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred but not mandatory
• New graduates with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for one week
