A specialty compounding pharmacy in DeBary, FL is seeking a part-time Pharmacist with expertise in sterile and non-sterile compounding to support their expanding operations. This role offers an immediate start with a contract-to-hire opportunity, allowing the right candidate to transition to a permanent position. The pharmacy specializes in Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, providing a unique and rewarding environment for pharmacists eager to contribute to patient wellness through tailored pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile and non-sterile compounded medications
• Ensure compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure high-quality accuracy in compounding
• Communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate a collaborative spirit
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethics
• Engage in ongoing learning to support the pharmacy’s growth and innovation

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license
• Experience in compounding pharmacy practices, including knowledge of USP standards
• Familiarity with Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Part-time, 1-2 days per week
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
