A specialty compounding pharmacy in DeBary, FL is seeking a part-time Pharmacist with compounding expertise to support a growing practice focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a flexible schedule of 1-2 days per week, weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include both sterile and non-sterile compounding, medication verification, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment are essential. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn while contributing to the growth of the pharmacy.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Florida Pharmacist license required
• Experience in compounding with knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
• Familiarity with Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred but not mandatory
• Open to motivated and eager new graduates

Location:

• DeBary, Florida

Schedule:

• 1-2 days per week
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

This role offers $60 per hour with a potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and fit.
