Project ManagerOur client, a leading organization in the construction and project management industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution team supporting large-scale contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Port Matilda, PAPay Range: Competitive based on experienceShift: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pmWhat's the Job?Oversee multiple projects from award to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.Manage submittals including shop drawings, product literature, samples, and color charts for approval.Coordinate material purchasing, ordering all necessary materials for each project.Attend weekly or bi-weekly job site meetings and coordinate with shop fabricators and field installation teams.Monitor project progress, quality assurance, and project budgets, including preparing and submitting change orders.What's Needed?One-year certificate from college or technical school and/or 3 years of related experience.Valid driver's license.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and write routine reports.Effective communication skills for speaking before groups and the public.Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, including reading tape measures and interpreting bar graphs.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work on impactful projects within a dynamic team environment.Competitive salary aligned with industry standards.Chance to develop your skills and advance your career in project management.Supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.Engagement in meaningful work that contributes to community development.
